1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DilliMetro.com, the iOS App https://apps.apple.com/in/app/metro-between-stations-delhi/id6749757029, or the Android App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dillimetro&utm_source=main-website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. User Contributions

When you submit information related to metro stations, you grant us the right to store, rephrase, combine, and use that information to create public articles.

• Raw user submissions are never displayed publicly.
• Articles are created by rephrasing and combining submitted information. In some cases, an article may be primarily based on a single user’s contribution; however, the original submission itself is never shown.
• A contributor’s name, profile photo, and optional profile link may appear publicly as attribution for participation in article creation. This attribution reflects contribution only and does not expose private information or the original submitted content.

4. Moderation

We reserve the right to delete or edit inappropriate submissions, including names, profile images, or profile links. We may also ban accounts that violate platform rules or submit harmful content.

5. Analytics

We collect non-personal, aggregated analytics to understand platform usage, including feature usage, navigation patterns, and general engagement metrics. This data is not linked to individual users.

6. Advertising and Affiliate Links

We use both Google AdMob display advertising and affiliate advertising on our platform. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

6.1 Google AdMob Advertising

• Third-party vendors, including Google, may display ads on our platform
• These vendors may collect data to provide personalized advertising based on your prior visits to our platform or other websites
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings

6.2 Affiliate Advertising

We may also display affiliate advertisements and include affiliate links that redirect users to third-party websites. 7. Reporting Profiles

Information submitted when reporting profiles is stored permanently. These reports are anonymous.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, submit inappropriate content, or misuse the platform.

9. Legal Requests

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or when necessary to protect our rights and the safety of users.

10. Service Updates

We may update or modify features, content, or terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Information Disclaimer

The information provided through the platform is for general informational purposes only. Metro routes, timings, distances, fares, and related details may change over time. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy and are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided.
